After the wedding rush, most couples want the same things: calm places, good weather and no tight schedule. Our honeymoon trips focus on hill stations and water. The drives are short, the stays are near the main views, and there is free time in the evenings.
For a first holiday together, a private car tour gives you the most privacy and freedom. Group bus trips cost less and suit couples happy to travel with others.

Planning tips
The hills are pleasant for most of the year. October to March is ideal, and April to June is popular because the plains are hot. Kerala is lush after the monsoon, from September to February. Goa is best from November to February. Monsoon trips from June to September are cheaper and very green, but some boat rides and viewpoints may close.
Wedding season fills good rooms fast, so book early. Ooty and Kodaikanal have required an e-pass for visiting vehicles in recent seasons. Carry warm clothes, and keep copies of your ID cards, as hotels ask for them at check-in.
