Kullu Manali Shimla Tour Packages will cover the three best-known hill destinations of Himachal Pradesh. Shimla was the summer capital of British India, and its Mall Road and Ridge still draw crowds of walkers every evening. Kullu lies in the Beas river valley, famous for its shawls and its Dussehra fair. Manali, higher up the same valley, is the base for snow points, Solang Valley and the Atal Tunnel. Honeymooners, families and groups of friends all head here. GoldBox Holidays has no packages in this category yet. New Kullu, Manali and Shimla trips will be added soon.

There are no live packages on this page right now, and we will list trips here when they are ready. Most Himachal holidays begin in Delhi, so you can plan a few days in the capital first with our Delhi-Agra-Mathura Vrindavan Tour Packages. The One Day Delhi City Darshan Tour Package By AC Bus is an easy way to use a spare day there. For another mountain and snow holiday, see our Kashmir Tour Packages.

Places you will visit

In Shimla, stroll along Mall Road and the Ridge, see Christ Church and walk up to the Jakhu temple. Kufri, a short drive away, has snow in winter and pony rides. The Kalka-Shimla railway is part of the UNESCO-listed Mountain Railways of India. In Kullu, you can raft on the Beas and visit Manikaran, known for its hot springs, gurudwara and Ram temple. Manali has the wooden Hadimba Devi temple set among cedar trees, Old Manali, the Vashisht hot springs and Solang Valley for paragliding and skiing. Rohtang Pass opens only in the warmer months and needs a permit. The Atal Tunnel, opened in 2020, leads to the Lahaul valley.

Best time to go

March to June is the peak season, with pleasant days and snow still lying at the high points. December to February brings snowfall and freezing nights, ideal for snow lovers. July and August are rainy, and landslides can block the hill roads. September to November is quieter, with clear mountain views.

How to choose the right package

When packages appear here, plan at least six or seven days from Delhi to see both Shimla and Manali, because mountain roads are slow. Shimla to Manali is roughly 230 to 250 km, or seven to eight hours by road. Overnight Volvo buses from Delhi are the budget choice, while a private car suits families with elders. Honeymooners often spend more nights in Manali for the snow and river views. Pack warm clothes in every season, since evenings are cold even in summer.
