How to reach
The resort is about 300 m from the Araku bus stand and about 2.8 km from Araku railway station. Araku is about 114 km from Visakhapatnam. The train ride from Vizag is the most scenic way in, with tunnels, bridges and valley views. You can also come by bus or car on the ghat road.

Hotel Policy
- The management may refuse entry to any guest. One day is counted as 23 hours. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and is charged extra.
- Unmarried or unrelated couples are not allowed. This is fully at the management's discretion. If check-in is refused for this reason, no refund will be given.
- Every guest must show a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. This is fully at the management's discretion. If the hotel refuses check-in for this reason, no refund will be given.
- Hotel facilities depend on availability. Use of any particular facility is not guaranteed.
- Check-in and check-out times cannot be changed for any reason.

Cancellation and change policy
- Cancel more than 2 days (48 hours) before the check-in date and time: a flat 10% of the booking value is deducted.
- Cancel between 2 days (48 hours) and 1 day (24 hours) before the check-in date and time: 20% of the booking value is deducted.
- Cancel less than 1 day (24 hours) before check-in, or after the check-in time: no refund.
- You can move your booking to an earlier or later date only once, if rooms are available. The request must reach us more than 1 day (24 hours) before the check-in date and time. There is no charge for this change.
- Once a booking has been moved to a new date, it cannot be cancelled or changed again for any reason.
- A booking cannot be changed from a higher room rate to a lower room rate.
- If such a change from a higher rate to a lower rate has to be made for unavoidable reasons, the difference will not be refunded.
- If you change from a lower room rate to a higher one, you must pay the difference.
