What you will do:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls. This is a non-technical, pure customer service role for domestic tours and travel.
• No sales, no upselling and no targets.
• Comfortable shift timings.
• Answer customer questions about our tour packages.
• Make sure every customer query ends with a happy customer.
• Send proper reports to your team leader.

What you will do:

• Plan, build, run and manage our full digital marketing strategy.
• Plan campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and others) and display ads.
• Track and report how each campaign performs against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Plan and manage our social media pages and engagement.
• Prepare accurate reports on overall campaign results.
• Plan carefully and act to improve marketing results.
• Handle off-page work such as classifieds, directories, article sharing and natural backlinks.
• Use strong English to research online and write articles and meta information.

Skills needed:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years
• Must have: PHP (PHP 7 experience preferred), CodeIgniter 3, jQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, MySQL queries, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• Good to have: REST API development, payment gateway integration, other web and mobile app technologies
• Soft skills: Strong communication, positive attitude, keen to learn, can work well under pressure

What you will do:

• Build websites around a clear concept.
• Write efficient, testable and reusable PHP modules.
• Solve difficult performance and architecture problems.
• Work with clients and build sites to match their needs.
• Handle automation, build, testing and deployment of code together with management.
• Work with business users to understand changes and put them in place.

Skills needed:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years
• Must have: HTML, CSS, LESS/SASS, Bootstrap, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery
• Good to have: AngularJS, graphic design, other front-end technologies
• Soft skills: Strong communication, positive attitude, keen to learn, can work well under pressure

What you will do:

• Design mobile-friendly templates.
• Work with clients and design templates to match their needs.
• Customise templates as clients ask.
• Keep websites looking consistent by following content standards.
• Make sure sites run fast on mobile and desktop.
• Work with the back-end developer while building the RESTful API.
