Vehicle, seats and transfers

• Transfers and sightseeing tours are on a sharing basis.
• Arrival and departure transfers and sightseeing tours follow the schedule fixed by GoldBox Holidays or our tour operator. You may need to wait for a short time at the airport or destination until all guests arrive.
• The vehicle is not at your personal disposal. It is provided as per the itinerary schedule.
• The tour vehicle is allotted based on the number of adults booked for the tour.
• The vehicle category is decided based on the group size.

Itinerary and sightseeing

• Covering all sightseeing places depends on the time available and on weather and road conditions. All sightseeing places also depend on the tourist destinations being open and on the time available.
• Opening of wildlife sanctuaries and national parks is at the discretion of the Forest Department.
• All tourists must follow the time slots given by any facility, tourist attraction or activity, for the convenience of the service providers and other tourists.

Tour terms

• All prices shown are per person.
• The package price may change without prior notice.
• The package price is as on the date of booking. However, if input costs rise beyond the control of GoldBox Holidays or our tour operator, such as GST, hotel room rates charged by the hotel especially during peak season, holiday surcharges, major events, fairs and conventions, or any other expenses, guests must pay the extra amount before the journey starts.
• If any sightseeing spot in the itinerary is closed for a local reason, GoldBox Holidays or our tour operator will arrange another sightseeing spot. We request all guests to cooperate with this.
• If the tour is disrupted by natural calamities, alternate arrangements will be made, and the tourist must bear the cost.
• GoldBox Holidays or our tour operator has the right to change the itinerary under unavoidable circumstances. We are not liable for natural calamities, strikes, cancellations, train delays, insurgency or any similar event beyond control during the tour period.
• If any problem comes up while the tour is running, the decision of GoldBox Holidays, our tour operator or SCZ is final.
• The management is not accountable for any theft of or damage to luggage during the trip.
• If you fall sick on tour, medical attention will be arranged, and you must bear the cost.
• Running of the package depends on government guidelines at the destination.
• GoldBox Holidays or our tour operator will not be responsible if tourists do not follow the safety guidelines and are fined by the authorities concerned.
• You must carry age proof for children (05 to 11 yrs). A child older than 11 yrs is charged the adult cost.
• Please call GoldBox Holidays or our tour operator with any questions about the tour, before or after booking, to avoid confusion.
• The company is not liable for personal expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents and similar matters.
• Any other terms and conditions that GoldBox Holidays or our tour operator may decide at any time will also apply.

Hotel stay

• Hotels are confirmed only if rooms are available at the time of booking. If not, a hotel of a similar category will be provided.
• Unless stated otherwise, rooms in all packages are of the base category.
• Requests for adjacent or adjoining rooms depend on availability only, and extra charges apply if the adjoining room is of a higher category.
• The hotel decides whether you get a twin bed or a double bed room. Check-in and check-out times follow the hotel's own rules. The number of meals always matches the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not given on the day of arrival.
• In hotels, an extra adult or child gets either a rollaway bed or a mattress.
• Three people from one family on one booking will stay in one double room with an extra mattress.
• A child will stay only in the same room as the parents.
• Charges for early check-in, late check-out, items used from the room minibar and any hotel services not in the package must be paid by the guest directly at the hotel.
• The hotel has the right to claim for any damage caused by a guest.
