About Ramoji Film City

Ramoji Film City is a world full of wonders and surprises, and a visit here feels magical. This film studio complex is near Hayathnagar, Hyderabad. It is a large integrated film studio, built on almost 2000 acres of land in 1996. Guinness World Records has certified it as the World's Largest Studio Complex. It is also very popular as a tourist place and a leisure centre. More than 1.5 million tourists and visitors come every year, and it leaves them amazed.

This dream land was created by Mr. Ramoji Rao, a Telugu film producer. He always wanted to build a studio like Universal Studios in Hollywood. The studio took years to finish. In the end, he built a live studio that matched his plan, full of surprises for children, holiday carnivals, theme sets, parks and rides.

How the stay works

• To stay inside Ramoji Film City, you need to book one of the hotel rooms listed below.
• Day 1: Check-in is after 12:00 PM (noon).
• After check-in, you can plan SAHAS adventure activities at your own cost.
• You can also visit some nearby gardens and rest.
• Day 2: After breakfast, check out of the hotel and join the Ramoji Film City studio tour, which starts at 9:00 AM.
• You can leave your luggage at the hotel during the studio tour.
• When the studio tour is over, collect your luggage from the hotel and come back to the Ramoji exit gate.
• Note: If you need help booking a cab or taxi, we can arrange it, or you can ask at the hotel reception.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations made more than 3 days before arrival get a full refund.
• No refund is given for any cancellation made within 3 days of the arrival date.
• No cancellation or change is allowed within 3 days of the arrival date or on the day of arrival.
• A full refund is allowed for bookings cancelled more than 72 hours ahead, for all days, including carnivals and special events.
• Package rates can change at the management's discretion without notice, unless the booking is confirmed with the advance amount.
• If you extend your stay, it depends on room availability, and the normal per-night hotel tariff applies as for a new booking. For example, a one-night stay extended by one more night is not treated as a two-night package.
• The hotel does not guarantee your choice of room, such as the bed type or the room's position. No compensation or refund is given in such cases.
• No refund: informed thereafter.

• Professional photography is not allowed. Cameras beyond DSLR specifications (18-55 mm) and any kind of recording equipment are not permitted.
• For security reasons, please carry an original photo identity card (Aadhar card, driving licence, passport, voter ID or PAN card).
• As per hotel policy, a room can be shared by at most 2 adults and 2 children (below 11 years).
• At most one extra mattress is given per room, at an extra cost.
• Hotel guests should go directly to the hotel for check-in, where the tour starts. The tour package starts at 9 AM.
