Bangalore to Mysore-Ooty-Coonoor Tour Package by Bus

GoldBox Holidays offers a 2-night, 3-day tour package by bus from Bangalore to Mysore, Ooty and Coonoor. The trip starts from different boarding points in Bangalore that you can choose.

Tour plan

• Day 1: Drive to Srirangapatnam and Mysore for sightseeing. The tour covers famous places such as Brindavan Gardens, Maharaja Palace, Ranganatha Swami Temple and more. The day ends with an overnight stay.
• Day 2: Ooty sightseeing, including the tea estate garden, Ooty Lake and more.
• Day 3: Coonoor sightseeing, including Dolphin's Nose, Sim's Park and more. The trip ends with an overnight journey, and we reach Bangalore by morning.

Booking

• After booking, you get a confirmation email and SMS with the contact numbers of the driver or tour operator.
• GoldBoxHolidays.com is only an online booking agency. We are not the tour operator.

During the tour

• For questions about the boarding point or the vehicle, please call the tour operator or the driver.
• If the vehicle is late because of traffic or any other reason, please be patient and cooperate with the tour operator.
• Please reach the boarding point 10 minutes before the departure time.
• Please look after your own belongings during the whole trip.
• The itinerary above is only a suggested outline. The tour operator can change it based on what is practical on the day.
• Visits to all the sightseeing places depend on the time available.
• GoldBox Holidays is not responsible for any natural or social calamity.
• Every traveller must carry their own original ID card and show it when asked during the tour.

Important notes

1. A place on the list will not be covered if it is closed that day because of a bandh, strike, flood or any other reason.
2. The bus used for Mysore, Ooty and Coonoor sightseeing may be a 12, 22 or 40 seater, with either 2+2 or 2+3 seating.
3. In peak holiday seasons, or when traffic is heavy in hill areas such as Ooty, Coonoor and Kodaikanal, some places may be skipped, the forest road may be closed, or other things outside our control may happen. In such cases, neither the travel company nor GoldBoxHolidays.com is responsible for your onward travel plans, such as bus, train or flight bookings.
4. We usually do not charge anything extra. But if extra charges such as GST, service charges or higher hotel tariffs due to high demand come up, they must be paid in cash if required.
5. Depending on the bookings, the operator will arrange a 2+2 or 2+3 bus. In that case, seat numbers may change.
6. If rooms are not available in the hotels mentioned, we will give you a room in a similar hotel.

Our role as a booking platform

• GoldBox Holidays is an online ticketing platform and does not run any buses of its own. It works with many bus and tour operators so that customers get a wide choice of operators, departure times and prices.
• GoldBox Holidays is responsible for:
  • Issuing a valid ticket, one the bus operator will accept, for the bus and tour operators in its network
  • Giving refunds and support if a booking is cancelled
  • Giving customer support and information if there is a delay or any trouble
• GoldBox Holidays is not responsible for:
  • The bus not leaving or arriving on time
  • Rude behaviour by the tour operator's staff
  • The bus seats or other facilities not meeting your expectations
  • The bus operator cancelling the trip for unavoidable reasons
  • Your luggage being lost, stolen or damaged
  • The bus operator changing your seat at the last minute to make room for a lady or child
  • You waiting at the wrong boarding point (if you do not travel on this bus often, please call the bus operator to confirm the exact boarding point)
  • The bus operator changing the boarding point, or using a pick-up vehicle to take customers from the boarding point to where the bus leaves
• The departure time on the ticket is only approximate. However, the bus will not leave its starting point before the time printed on the ticket.
• The bus amenities shown on GoldBox Holidays are set up and provided by the bus operator. They will be available except for some exceptions on certain days. GoldBox Holidays shares this information in good faith to help you decide. If an amenity is not provided, the operator is responsible, not GoldBox Holidays.
• Please report any complaint or claim about the bus journey to the GoldBox Holidays support team within 10 days of your travel date.
