If a tourist spot is closed because of a bandh, strike, flood, holiday or any other reason, it will not be covered in the sightseeing.

Hotel stay

Only a non-A/C hotel room is given to freshen up. There is no overnight stay.

Prices, charges and refunds

If bookings are low (less than 60% occupancy in the bus), the service is cancelled and the full amount is refunded, or the trip is moved to another date at no charge.
For any cancellation, whether made by the passenger, a cancelled service or for operational reasons, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 bank working days.
