Important notes

1. Child ticket prices at Ramoji Film City depend on the child's height, not age. Below 32 inches, no entry ticket is needed. From 33 to 54 inches, child prices apply. Above 55 inches, adult prices apply.
2. No Ramoji Film City entry package includes bus transport (pickup and drop). A/C bus transport starts from Rs. 450 and Non-A/C bus transport starts from Rs. 410.
3. If you have your own vehicle, you can skip our bus transport, book only the entry tickets and travel in your own vehicle. Paid parking is available at the Ramoji Film City gate. You can park there, enjoy the tour and go back in your vehicle.
4. Your own vehicle is not allowed inside Ramoji Film City. Only their vehicles are used for moving around inside for sightseeing. Normal packages get a Non-A/C bus, and the Star package gets an A/C bus.

At Ramoji Film City

• If you have also booked bus transport with GoldBox Holidays, note down the vehicle number and the driver's phone number before you enter Ramoji Film City. You will need them for the return trip.
• Please leave your luggage at the Ramoji Film City luggage counters, and remember to collect it when you return.
• On the morning of your trip, please call the bus operator or the driver for questions about the boarding point or the vehicle.
• During the rainy season or cold weather, some passengers may ask the driver to switch off the A/C. Please cooperate with the driver or talk it over with your co-passengers, and do not blame the driver or GoldBox Holidays. This depends on all passengers agreeing among themselves.

Return bus timings

• On normal days, buses leave Ramoji after 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM (approximately).
• In the carnival season, buses leave after Ramoji closes, at around 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM (approximately).
• Important: When you reach Ramoji in the morning, the driver will announce the evening departure time. Please be back on time without fail. If you are late, the bus will not wait, because the other passengers cannot be kept waiting.
• Note: If you have outstation travel plans, do not plan them based on the drop-off time. The drop-off can be late because of Ramoji's closing time that day, traffic or other reasons.
• All buses leave Ramoji only after it closes. The bus will not leave early for any single person. If you want to leave early, you must arrange your own transport.
• For SV Travels, a 2+2 or 2+3 bus will be given, depending on the number of bookings.

Seasonal departure times from Ramoji

• In both periods, you will be dropped at your location, and the drop time depends on traffic and other reasons.
• Please note these timings before you book bus transport, and book only if they suit you.
• Early departure is not possible for anyone with outstation or other plans. GoldBox Holidays and the travel operator are not responsible if you miss a train, bus, flight or any other plan. No refund is given if you do not use the drop-off.

Tickets, changes and cancellation

• Once the ticket is confirmed, the visit date cannot be changed.
• Entry ticket cancellation follows Ramoji Film City's own policies, and refunds for cancellations take time.
• If the vehicle breaks down suddenly or something unexpected happens, GoldBox Holidays and the tour operator will not pay any compensation or damages. Even so, the service provider will act quickly and take every suitable step to set things right.
