2 Days Hyderabad To Tirupati Package by Flight

We provide a tour package to Tirupati, Kanipakam, Srikalahasti and Tiruchanuru from Hyderabad for one night and two days. It is a trip by flight that departs from Hyderabad Airport and drops at Tirupati Airport. We will go to Kanipakam, Srinivasa Mangapuram and Tiruchanur. On day 2, we will visit Lord Balaji Temple with a special darshan ticket and to Srikalahasti. Later we drop at Tirupati Airport for a return journey to Hyderabad. This package includes flight tickets, a vehicle for sightseeing, a special darshan ticket in all temples and food & accommodation services.

Note 3: Please note, rescheduling/changing journey date is NOT POSSIBLE for this package. So kindly double-check the journey date while booking this package. In case of wrong date booking, need to cancel the booking and book again for new journey date.

Note 4: Booking should be done at least 7-days before journey date as per TTD rules. So, please do not contact us for less than 7 days date bookings.

Note 5: Tourists will be provided sometime for tonsuring. However in case of heavy rush it is advised to follow the instructions of the local tour guide.

Dress Code for Tirumala Temple:

• For Men: For men the dress code is dhoti or pyjamas with upper cloth.
• For Women: For women the preferred dress code is saree or half-saree with blouse or churidar with pyjama and upper cloth.

• Cancellation charges as per company policy.
• Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.
• Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight. IRCTC will not responsible for missing of flights by the guest.
• In flight food and beverages are on chargeable basis.
• Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
• Web check in is not possible in our group packages.
• Transfers and Sightseeing tours as per the itinerary in AC Coach on SIC (seat in coach)/ Shared basis by A/c vehicle.
• Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule.
• However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
• The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
• It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02 yrs) as well along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
• In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
• In hotels for an Extra Adult/Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
• For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
• Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
• The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
• The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the Taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.
• For any change in Flight Timings/diversions, Flight cancellation from the airline IRCTC will not be responsible and if it further affects the Sightseeing/Itinerary client need to accommodate accordingly.
• Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
• Buffet/Fixed meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.
• You are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.
• IRCTC request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
• Package cost is calculated on lowest class Air Fare. Any increase in air fare or airport taxes has to be borne by the client.
• Any Itinerary posted on the website is only a proposed holiday outline.
• Hot water provision is not available in house boat.
• In case there is any change in price the same will be communicated to yourself and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further.
• There will be no refund for un-utilized services.

• Maintain Social Distance: Follow social distancing norms very strictly and try not   to touch things unnecessarily. While following this basic rule, you can lessen the chance of getting infected and have safe travel.
• Go Cashless & Touch less: Corona virus spreads with touch and it can be present on the cash, coins, and travel documents. Make sure you make payments digitally.
• Take all the Safety Precautions: To travel safe and reach home healthy, you need to take all the preventive measures to fight corona virus. Wear a mask, face shield, gloves, and keep sanitizer handy to maintain proper hygiene.
• Containment Zone Avoid Travel: If your locality comes under a containment zone, where there are a high number of positive cases then, you should avoid traveling. There are so many apps developed by the regulatory bodies where you can easily check the situation of your zone. In India, Arogya Setu is one app that contains all such information.
• Cooperate with Staff: For the very first time, we all are going through so many restrictions and limitations. But, we need to understand, it is for our good. Hence, as a responsible traveller, be gentle with the staff and help them in the process.
• Hand Wash: Regular hand wash for 30 seconds will help you avoid germs or any kind of infection. Use soap or hand sanitizer for better results and do this every time you travel or touch anything.

• Avoid Crowd: Avoid being in crowded places. An infected person can spread the virus instantly and crowded places are a good way to accomplish this. Make sure you wear full sleeves shirts with anti-pollution masks when you travel. Staying indoors is a rather safe option. 
• Avoid Close Contact With Anyone: Do not get close to anyone, especially touching or laughing closely. Also, use anti-pollution masks when out with friends or family. Avoid touching anyone and do not use the same utensils used by another. These simple non-touchy ways can do good until the outbreak comes to an end.
