Where is the Ramoji Film City ticket counter
The ticket plaza is at the main entrance of Ramoji Film City on the Hyderabad to Vijayawada highway (NH 65), near Anajpur in Abdullapurmet mandal, about 30 km from central Hyderabad. It opens in the morning before the studio tour starts at around 9 AM. The entrance area also has gift shops and snack stalls, so it is easy to spot.

Ticket packages sold at the counter
- Studio Tour (earlier called Regular package): the standard day ticket with the studio tour in a non-AC vintage bus, film sets, live shows, the Baahubali set, children's zones and the bird park.
- Star Experience: the premium ticket with an AC coach tour and guide, priority entry at shows, a meal and a small welcome gift. It costs more but saves waiting time on busy days.
- Seasonal packages: during the summer Holiday Carnival, Diwali, Christmas and New Year the film city sells special event tickets.
- Add-ons: the Sahas adventure zone and some activities are charged separately.

Rules to know before you enter
- Outside food, drinks, pets, weapons, drugs and anything that can catch fire are not allowed.
- Professional cameras and large lenses are not allowed. A normal DSLR with a kit lens was allowed in the past.
- Areas where a film shoot is going on are closed to visitors.
- Tickets cannot be transferred or refunded.
- Smoking is not allowed in public areas.
- Follow the safety rules at every ride, and keep children with you at all times.
