Euphoric New Year Parties
Ramoji Film City hosts some of the biggest New Year's Eve parties near Hyderabad. The parties run on 30 and 31 December at themed venues inside the film city, with live bands, DJs, comedy and dance acts, dinner and a countdown to midnight. They sit inside the film city's Winter Fest, so you can also spend the day on the studio tour and stay on for the party.
Ramoji announces the venues, prices and timings for each New Year in November or December. The details below are based on past editions, to help you plan. Please confirm the current year's packages before you book.
New Year party venues at Ramoji
Tollygrand
Tollygrand is the Telugu cinema-themed party. Past editions had live singers, a live band, stand-up comedy, international acts and a DJ who takes over for the countdown. It suits groups of friends and couples who want a big, loud party.
Limelight
Limelight has hosted a Bollywood-themed party with celebrity singers, live band performances, comedy acts and a DJ. In past years Limelight also ran a separate, smaller party on 30 December for people who want to celebrate a day early.
Bahubali set
Some years, Ramoji has held a New Year's Eve party at the Bahubali set, with the palace of Mahishmati as the backdrop. Check whether this venue is part of the coming year's line-up.

- Evening entertainment: live band, singers, comedy and DJ.

- Unlimited drinks from selected brands at the 31 December Limelight party. Only guests of legal drinking age are served.
- AC coach service from select points of Hyderabad at extra cost.
Winter Fest 2026-27
Ramoji's Winter Fest usually runs from mid-December into January, with a carnival parade, lighting and evening shows. Last season it ran from 18 December 2025 to 18 January 2026. Stay the night
Getting home at 1 AM on New Year's night is not easy, and cabs are hard to find. Hotel guests at Ramoji get the easiest night. Rooms for 31 December sell out early, so book as soon as the packages open. See Ramoji Film City stay packages.
Tips for New Year at Ramoji
- Book early. Couple passes and hotel rooms go first.
- Carry a jacket. December nights near Hyderabad can be cool.
- Carry a photo ID for the venue and for liquor service.
- Plan your ride home before the night. Drunk driving checks are strict in Hyderabad on New Year's Eve.
