Complete Details About Ramoji Film City Child Ticket

Ramoji Film City does not price children's tickets by age. It uses height. Many parents only learn this at the gate, when a tall eight-year-old has to pay the adult price. This page explains the height rules, the current child ticket prices for each package, and how to book tickets for children.

Child ticket rules: height, not age

Child's height Ticket needed
Below 33 inches (about 84 cm) Free, no ticket
33 to 54 inches (about 84 to 137 cm) Child ticket
Above 54 inches (about 137 cm) Adult ticket

Staff may measure children at the entry gate against a height marker. Measure your child at home before you book so there are no surprises.

Child ticket price for each package

Package Child (33 to 54 inches) Adult / child above 54 inches

What children get with the ticket

The child ticket includes the same things as the adult ticket in each package. In the Studio Tour, that covers:

  • The guided bus tour of film sets and the Bahubali set.
  • Fundustan, the kids' play area, with Dadajin's live TV show and the Borasura walk-through.
  • Toyland and the rain dance.
  • Free rides such as the carousel, Ranger and Twister. Some rides have their own height limits.
  • Bird park, butterfly park and gardens.
  • Stunt shows, dance shows and, on some days, the evening carnival parade.

With the Star Experience child ticket, children also get the AC bus tour, express entry and the buffet lunch.

How to book a child ticket

A child ticket cannot be booked on its own. Every booking must include at least one adult, and children must stay with a parent, guardian or teacher inside the park.

  1. Open the Ramoji Film City ticket booking page.
  2. Select your date of visit.
  3. Choose the package.
  4. Enter the number of adults, then the number of children between 33 and 54 inches. Do not count children below 33 inches.
  5. Check the total fare and continue to payment.
  6. Enter the lead passenger's details and pay by UPI, card or net banking.

GoldBox Holidays sells Ramoji tickets at the same inclusions as the official package, with an optional pickup bus from across Hyderabad. For step-by-step help with the whole booking, read how to book Ramoji Film City tickets.

Offers on child tickets

Coupon discounts on Ramoji tickets usually apply per person, so they work on child tickets as well as adult tickets. The discount often grows with the size of the group. Check the current Ramoji ticket offers before you pay. School groups can also get special rates; see Ramoji school packages.

Tips for visiting with kids
