A full day of rides and water fun
Wonderla is one of India's best-known amusement park chains. The first park opened in Kochi in 2000, followed by Bangalore in 2005, Hyderabad in 2016 and Bhubaneswar in 2024. Each park has dry rides on land, a large water park section, and gentle rides for small children. A visit usually takes the whole day, from opening time until evening.
The parks suit families with children, school and college groups, office outings and friends looking for thrill rides. Grandparents can enjoy the slower rides, shows and food courts while others go on the big rides.

Tips for your park day
Clothes: water rides need proper swimwear made of nylon or polyester. Cotton clothes are usually not allowed in the pools. Swimwear can often be bought or rented at the park, but carrying your own saves time.
Height and health limits: many rides have minimum and maximum height rules. Pregnant women and people with heart or back problems should skip the thrill rides.
Timing: reach at opening time to enjoy short queues. Weekends, public holidays and summer vacation are the busiest days. Weekdays are calmer.
What to carry: a towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, a cap and a waterproof pouch for your phone. Outside food is usually not allowed. Lockers are available for a fee.
