Itinerary
Morning: Vizag to Araku by Train
- Board Train No. 08551 at Visakhapatnam railway station for Araku Valley.
- The train leaves Visakhapatnam at 06.45 hrs.
- Enjoy the ride through tunnels, over bridges and past green landscapes.
- The train reaches Araku at 10.55 hrs.
- Pickup from Araku station and visit the Tribal Museum, Chaparai and the gardens.
- Lunch, then return to Vizag by road.
- On the way, visit:
- Ananthagiri coffee plantations
- Galikonda view point
- Borra Caves
- Reach Vizag and drop at VSKP railway station or within city limits (by road, around 8-9 PM, depending on the conditions that day).
Inclusions
- Train travel in EC class for Comfort, SL class for Standard and 2S class for Budget.
- Non-AC transport from Araku station for local sightseeing in Araku, and from Araku to Visakhapatnam.
- Meals: 01 packed breakfast, 01 lunch at Araku and 01 hi-tea (all vegetarian).
- Entry fee for Borra Caves.
- Travel insurance.
- All taxes.
Exclusions
- Porter charges at hotels, tips, insurance, mineral water, phone charges, laundry and all personal items.
- Still or video camera fees, monument entry fees and any activities suggested in the itinerary are paid directly.
- Any extra meals or meals on the way, and any sightseeing and activities not listed in the itinerary.
