Hyderabad to Tirupati Caravan Tour Package

GoldBox Holidays offers a Hyderabad to Tirupati-Tirumala caravan tour package for 1 day and 2 nights. Travel to Tirupati in a caravan with luxury recliner seats (fully push-back) and sleeper berths with a TV screen at each seat. The caravan also has a refrigerator, audio and video equipment, and washrooms.

• Boarding point: IRO, KPHB, Hyderabad.
• Booking: please book this caravan 7 days in advance.
• Included in the package cost: special darshan ticket (Rs.300 darshan) for Lord Sri Venkateswara at Tirumala, and a hotel room to freshen up.

Important notes

• We are an authorized travel agent for Telangana Tourism and Andhra Pradesh Tourism.
• Under the latest TTD rule, this package must be booked at least 7 days before the journey. There is also no cancellation or rescheduling if it is less than 7 days.
• Under TTD guidelines, tickets booked less than 7 days ahead cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or have passenger details updated.

Dress code and ID

• Dress code for men: dhoti, shirt, kurta or pyjama (paizama).
• Dress code for women: saree, or churidar with dupatta.
• Every traveller must carry an original, valid photo ID proof.
• Every traveller must carry their own original ID card and show it when asked during the tour.

Passenger details and TTD rules

• TTD rules do not allow any change to passenger details. Before you pay, check each passenger's name, age, gender and ID proof number. Any mistake here will cause problems at the time of TTD darshan.
• If you enter wrong details while booking, such as a spelling mistake or a wrong gender, GoldBox Holidays is not responsible for any problem at TTD darshan. Your darshan tickets are confirmed using the details you give. If you notice such a mistake right after booking, contact GoldBox Holidays customer care at once and send the needed documents (if required). After booking, all passenger details are sent to the tour operator, so only the operator can change them.
• Once the ticket is generated, the pilgrim's name or other details cannot be changed under any circumstances.
• This is a group package, so please do not ask for any changes to it, and please do not ask for TTD tickets alone.
• Please do not call to ask for TTD darshan tickets alone or for the footpath walk (Kalinadaka). Please also do not ask for dates that are not available.
• Seats are allotted based on availability, after the passenger details and TTD darshan tickets are checked.
• Tonsure (hair offering) is possible, but no special arrangement is made for it. After tonsure, you must bathe in the common washrooms at the Kalyanakatta building and then join the group.

Boarding and travel

• After booking, you get a confirmation email and SMS with the contact numbers of the driver or tour operator.
• For questions about the boarding point or the vehicle, please call the tour operator or the driver.
• If the vehicle is late because of traffic or any other reason, please be patient and cooperate with the tour operator.
• Please reach the boarding point 10 minutes before the departure time.
• Please look after your own belongings during the whole trip.
• The tour operator may change the boarding point if this is needed for operational reasons. It does not happen often, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation when it does.
• For AP Tours: If bookings are low, the tour operator will arrange another bus (a sleeper bus) from Hyderabad to Tirupati and from Tirupati back to Hyderabad. All other package benefits, such as the hotel fresh-up and darshan ticket, will still be given. In this case, your selected boarding point may change.
• All travellers must board at the selected boarding point only (Hyderabad).
• Travelling to Tirupati on your own and joining the group for TTD darshan or at the hotel is not allowed under any circumstances.
• The tour operator can change seat numbers when needed for operational reasons.
• The itinerary above is only a suggested outline. The tour operator can change it based on what is practical on the day.
• Visits to all the sightseeing places depend on the time available.

Booking and responsibility

• A request to local travel agencies, travel guides, internet centres and other online booking centres: please do not mislead passengers about the TTD darshan packages. Explain all the terms and conditions of the package to them before you make the booking. If any booking agency or person misleads passengers, GoldBox Holidays is not responsible.
• GoldBox Holidays is not responsible for any natural or social calamity.
• If the vehicle breaks down suddenly or something unexpected happens, GoldBox Holidays and the tour operator will not pay any compensation or damages. Even so, the service provider will act quickly and take every suitable step to set things right.
• The company is not responsible for stolen luggage and does not pay compensation or damages for anything that happens on your journey. It will still help you in every way it can to recover from the situation.
