1 Night-2 Days Visakhapatnam-Simhachalam Tour Package

This is a 1 night and 2 days car tour of Visakhapatnam and Simhachalam. We pick up passengers from Visakhapatnam Airport, Railway Station or Bus Stand. Pickup and drop, a vehicle for sightseeing, food and hotel stay are included.

Trip plan

• Day 1: Visit Thotlakonda Buddhist Complex, Ramanaidu Film Studio, Rushikonda Beach, Kailasagiri and Beach Road, and go boating at the fishing harbour in Visakhapatnam.
• Day 2: Travel to Simhachalam Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple. Later, drop at Visakhapatnam Airport, Railway Station or Bus Stand.

All prices are per person. One rate applies when 1 to 3 passengers travel together, and another rate applies for a group of 4 to 6 passengers.

• Every tourist must carry their own original ID cards during the tour and show them when asked.

• Visits to all sightseeing places depend on the time available.

Hotel stay

• Unless stated otherwise, rooms in all packages are of the base category.
• Hotels are confirmed only if rooms are available at the time of booking. If not, a hotel of a similar category will be provided.

Surcharges

• The prices shown are based on the costs and exchange rates known when the tour was launched, and the tour operator does not expect to change them. If national or local taxes rise unexpectedly, or currency exchange rates move unfavourably and affect the cost of your journey, the tour operator reserves the right to add a surcharge or revise the tour cost.

Force majeure

• In these booking conditions, 'force majeure' means any event that we, the supplier of the service concerned or the third-party supplier could not foresee or avoid, even with all due care. Such events may include disruption or diversion of rail services, floods, earthquakes, actual or threatened war, riots, civil unrest, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, bad weather, disease, fire and all similar events outside the control of the party concerned.
• We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation if force majeure prevents or affects the performance, or prompt performance, of our duties under our agreement with you, or if you otherwise suffer any damage or loss because of force majeure.

Our liability to you

• The tour operator will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any kind that results from:
  1. acts or omissions of the person or persons affected, or of any member of their party; or
  2. acts or omissions of a third party not connected with providing your arrangements, which were unforeseeable or unavoidable; or
  3. any service or facility not arranged by us as part of our contract with you; or force majeure as defined above.
• We do not accept liability for:
  1. any damage, loss, expense or other amount of any kind which, based on the information you gave us at the time of booking, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we broke our contract with you;
  2. any business losses;
  3. excursions, other tours or any other travel services that you took and paid for, which we did not provide while you were on our tour. In such cases, your contract is with the operator or supplier of that excursion, tour or travel service, and not with us.

Child policy

• A standard room is suggested for 02 adults and 01 child. A family of 02 adults and 02 children is advised to take either 02 interconnecting rooms or higher-category rooms.

Extra bed

• A single traveller will share a room with another single traveller.
• Three people from one family on one booking will stay in one double room with an extra bed or mattress.
• A child will stay only in the same room as the parents.
