1 Night-2 Days Puri-Konark-Chilika Lake Tour Package

This is a 1 night, 2 day tour of Puri, Konark and Chilika. The trip begins when you arrive at the railway station or bus stand in Puri. The package covers a vehicle for sightseeing, food and your hotel stay.

Itinerary

• Day 1: Transfer to the hotel. After breakfast, visit Lord Jagannath Temple. Next, see the Sun Temple and Chandrabhaga Beach at Konark. Spend the evening at Golden Beach and stay overnight in Puri.
• Day 2: Travel to Chilika Lake for a boat ride from Satpada to the Sea Mouth. On the way back to Puri, visit Alarnath Temple.

Tour terms

• Neither GoldBox Holidays nor our tour operator is liable if one or more services in the itinerary are missed because a train runs late.
• Tourists must keep strictly to the given timings. If they do not, neither GoldBox Holidays nor our tour operator will be liable for any missed service or the return train. If tourists miss the vehicle arranged by GoldBox Holidays or our tour operator at any place, they must reach the next place in the itinerary on their own.
• Tourists must take care of their personal belongings and luggage. Neither GoldBox Holidays nor our tour operator is liable for any loss or theft.
• If a tourist point is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of GoldBox Holidays or our tour operator, including heavy crowds during festivals, a refund is given only for the services missed.
• No refund is given if a tourist skips any service by choice or misses it through their own negligence.

Our role and liability

• GoldBox Holidays is not responsible for any natural or social calamities.

Surcharges

• The prices shown are based on the costs and exchange rates known when the tour was launched, and GoldBox Holidays or our tour operator does not expect to change them. If national or local taxes rise unexpectedly, or currency exchange rates move unfavourably and affect the cost of your journey, GoldBox Holidays or our tour operator reserves the right to add a surcharge or revise the tour cost.

Force majeure

• In these booking conditions, 'force majeure' means any event that we, the supplier of the service concerned or the third-party supplier could not foresee or avoid, even with all due care. Such events may include disruption or diversion of rail services, floods, earthquakes, actual or threatened war, riots, civil unrest, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, bad weather, disease, fire and all similar events outside the control of the party concerned.
• We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation if force majeure prevents or affects the performance, or prompt performance, of our duties under our agreement with you, or if you otherwise suffer any damage or loss because of force majeure.

Our liability to you

• GoldBox Holidays or our tour operator will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any kind that results from:
  1. acts or omissions of the person or persons affected, or of any member of their party; or
  2. acts or omissions of a third party not connected with providing your arrangements, which were unforeseeable or unavoidable; or
  3. any service or facility not arranged by us as part of our contract with you; or force majeure as defined above.
• We do not accept liability for:
  1. any damage, loss, expense or other amount of any kind which, based on the information you gave us at the time of booking, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we broke our contract with you;
  2. any business losses;
  3. excursions, other tours or any other travel services that you took and paid for, which we did not provide while you were on our tour. In such cases, your contract is with the operator or supplier of that excursion, tour or travel service, and not with us.

Child policy

• A standard room is suggested for 02 adults and 01 child. A family of 02 adults and 02 children is advised to take either 02 interconnecting rooms or higher-category rooms.

Extra bed

• A single traveller will share a room with another single traveller.
• Three people from one family on one booking will stay in one double room with an extra bed or mattress.
• A child will stay only in the same room as the parents.
