Tourist Attractions in Dharmapuri

Dharmapuri is a temple town in Jagtial district of north Telangana, on the banks of the Godavari river. It is about 30 km from Jagtial and around 230 km from Hyderabad. It should not be confused with Dharmapuri in Tamil Nadu. The town is known for the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple and for its river ghats. The Godavari flows from north to south here, which is considered very holy.
